A bet is considered confirmed and irrevocable from the moment you click "Confirm Bet" and receive the confirmation receipt. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where cash out is available.
658bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — whether due to a technical error, human error, or a faulty data feed. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the user's balance. The determination of what constitutes "clearly incorrect odds" is at the discretion of 658bet's odds team, in line with market standards.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded. If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled date and time, bets remain valid. After 48 hours, all bets are voided.
The result used to settle bets at 658bet is the official result published by the competition's governing body — CBF, FIVB, UFC, NBA, etc. Preliminary or unofficial results are not used for settlement.
Live bets on 658bet are accepted while the market is open. The platform may suspend live markets during moments of uncertainty (goal, injury, timeout). Cash out may be available on selected bets — the value offered is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the maximum potential payout.
658bet bonuses are intended for users who meet the criteria set out in each promotion. The welcome bonus is exclusively for new accounts making their first deposit — it cannot be claimed on an existing account or a second account created by the same user.
The standard rollover for 658bet promotions is 5x the bonus amount. This means that for a R$ 100.00 bonus, you need to place bets totaling R$ 500.00 in overall wagering volume, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, within the period of 30 days from the date the bonus is received. Specific promotions may have different rollover requirements — always check the terms of each offer.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be converted into real balance by completing the rollover requirement. Bets placed with bonus balance on markets with odds below the minimum required do not count toward the rollover. Bonus balance expires if the rollover is not completed within the allotted time.
658bet monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviors such as placing opposing bets across accounts, using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, systematically placing low-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements, or any other practice constituting abuse will be investigated. If abuse is confirmed, bonuses may be cancelled and the account closed.
658bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Promotions already active for specific users will be honored under the original terms, except in cases of abuse or technical error.
